Kanai Juyo Kogyo Co. Ltd, Japan, when it was started in 1890’s had a
strong vision on the textile spinning sector and started with the
manufacturing of two critical spinning accessories namely, the rings and
travelers. Later in the year 1931 started the manufacturing of carding wires
which during those times could be done only by few companies which has
state of the art machineries. Now with almost 8 decades of rich experience
Kanai manufactures the following high quality wires catering to variety of markets:-

The card wire points are specially hardened and are even and accurate
in positioning. This gives a better carding action. Varieties of micro grooved doffer wires for wide range of application
with varying profiles in height, angle, PPSI,etc. 2.3mm cylinder wire height : offers lesser non-working area height,
more base height, more weight per unit length comparing to 2.5mm
height wires.
Kanai has the raw material sourced from only one high quality
supplier (Kanai’s Sister Concern) ensuring wire durability and
consistency in performance.
Nano Cylinder Wires:
Special alloy steel with special heat treatment to produce consistently
high quality sliver upto 1300 tonnes for cotton fibres or to produce
1000 tons of synthetic fibres.
The sharpness and tooth geometry makes an efficient action like fibre
to fibre opening, removal of neps and trash and fibre parallelization.
Eco Cylinder Wires:
This series of wires is also made of special alloy steel and heat
treatment and is for production of 1000 tons of cotton sliver or for 800
tons of processing synthetic fibres. This is economically priced.
Eco Doffer Wires:
The special micro grooved wires are for easier and smoother transfer
of fibres at high speeds. The wire serration avoids slippage of fibres. The wire raw material quality ensures a life of 1000 tonnes, working
along with Nanotop flats, for processing cotton.
Nanotop – Flat Tops:
Made of a newly developed alloy with special manufacturing process
to consistently process cotton fibres upto 1300 tonnes and above. Unique setting pattern ensures that no single fibre escapes from

TeFoc, made a study in the last one year on the quality of these wires and
found that they perform extremely well under high speed conditions are
giving higher Nep Removal Efficiency & trash removal with less fibre
rupture.
