The spinning mills in India today cater to a wide ranging world market and hence needs to maintain its competitive edge over sellers of yarn from other countries.
The Indian mills are known for its Technical expertise but however, most mills needs to upgrade their speed frames department as they still continue to use out dated technology machineries.

- Cone drumless Speed Frame version.
- All movements are computer/digital controlled with PLC’s Servo drives and Inverters installed wherever necessary.
- Conventional mechanisms like Cone Drum mechanism, Winding tension control system, Bobbin build-up, Differential motion, Reversing, Drive system for lifting bobbin rail and Swing motions are all eliminated by 4 separate motor drives (3 servo drives & 1 main Inverter drive).
- All the different movements are precisely controlled by computer system via a maths pattern which ensures nil or negligible tension in Roving.
- The Flyers are closed type high speed flyer.
- All production data and machine data are stored in the machine.
- Except for Draft change gears all other gears are eliminated. The controls can be done through computer touch screen display.
- Top Arm - Texparts PK 5000/PK1500 or Suessen - P-A410 or Chinese - Y J4 series.
- Self cleaning system- A combination of Top and bottom positive revolving cloth, travelling clearer and suction channel takes care that no waste is accumulated around spindles preventing the flies to get into the roving and generate faults.
Observations and Studies made on this machines:
- As all drives are independently controlled by Servo’s/Inverters excellent control of Roving tensions. Because of this tension control possible to make very fine hanks.
- Because of good tension control almost nil end breaks.
- Relatively low energy consumption as all major drives are separately controlled by Servo’s.

- A model JWF/1426 for making smaller packages suitable for finer counts more than 120’s Count.
- JWF 1418 Model equipped with autodoffer.
